About Stephen

Stephen Joined West Waddy in 1998. He was promoted to associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2005. He is responsible for the delivery of architectural projects from inception to completion throughout the practice.

An able motivator and team leader, Stephen understands the importance of deadlines, budgets and fulfilling each clients’ briefs, in order to successfully deliver the projects he manages for West Waddy ADP.

Stephen has a particular interest in historic buildings and has successfully delivered much of the conservation and heritage work undertaken by West Waddy ADP in recent years.
As a partner with West Waddy ADP Stephen has worked to develop the Management Systems and accreditation under Investors in People, and has responsibility for HR matters within the practice.

Stephen is currently an external examiner for the RIBA Part III Professional Practices examinations at both Oxford Brookes University and The Bartlett, University College London.
